1. Data Controller
In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), your personal data is processed by Figo Ticari Bilgi ve Uygulama Platformu A.Ş. (Figo or the Company), operating at Levent Mah. Meltem Sk. İş Bankası Kuleleri No: 10 İç Kapı No: 27 Beşiktaş / İstanbul, as data controller, within the scope explained below.
The terms used in this notice;
Explicit Consent: Consent given on a specific matter, based on being informed and free will, clearly and limited only to that transaction,
Data Subject: The natural person whose personal data is processed,
Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person,
Processing of Personal Data: Any operation performed on data such as obtaining, recording, storing, retaining, modifying, reorganizing, disclosing, transferring, acquiring, making available, classifying or preventing the use of personal data, whether wholly or partly by automatic means or by non-automatic means provided that they form part of any data recording system,
Data Controller: The natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system.
Personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Therefore, the provisions regarding personal data in this notice shall apply where the relevant information belongs to a natural person.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the following fundamental principles as regulated in the KVKK:

3. Methods of Collecting Personal Data
Figo obtains personal data from data learned through audio, electronic or written means via internet, application, physical forms, email, mail, fax and other communication channels, in compliance with the personal data processing conditions specified in the KVKK, and processes them in accordance with the purposes specified below.
4. Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data
During the process of conducting meetings with you who contact Figo or whom we contact through various channels, your personal data is processed for the following purposes and legal grounds:

5. Transfer of Personal Data
Our Company takes care to process your personal data in accordance with the principles of "need to know" and "need to use", by ensuring the necessary data minimization and taking the necessary technical and administrative security measures. Since the execution or audit of business activities, ensuring business continuity, and operating digital infrastructures necessitate continuous data flow with different stakeholders, we have to transfer the personal data we process to third parties for certain purposes. In addition, it is very important that your personal data is accurate and up-to-date in order for us to fully and properly fulfill our contractual and legal obligations. For this purpose, we also need to work with various business partners and service providers.
Your personal data may be shared with domestic business partners for the purpose of conducting communication activities, goods/service sales processes, marketing activities, with our service providers that provide our IT infrastructure, with our solution partners in the field of communication and electronic communication, with the Ministry of Commerce and the company it authorizes in the context of message management system (İYS) registration for managing messages, with the authorized commercial message infrastructure provider for message delivery, with our relevant business partners, consultants and service providers for financial process management, risk identification, assessment, and fraud prevention, with relevant lawyers, auditors and experts within the scope of fulfilling legal obligations, and with authorized bodies such as regulatory and supervisory institutions and courts and enforcement offices.
Your personal data may be shared with suppliers providing server services abroad based on your explicit consent for the purposes of conducting/auditing business activities, conducting business continuity activities, conducting goods/service sales processes, conducting goods/service production and operation processes, conducting product/service marketing processes, and conducting storage and archiving activities.
6. Rights of the Data Subject
Within the scope of the legislation on the protection of personal data
- Learning whether your personal data is processed,
- Requesting information about the processing if your personal data has been processed,
- Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- Requesting the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly or if it has changed,
- Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the Law,
- Requesting notification to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred that your incompletely or incorrectly processed personal data has been corrected and your personal data has been deleted or destroyed,
- Objecting to the occurrence of a result against you through the analysis of data processed exclusively by automated systems,
- You have the right to claim compensation for any damage you have suffered due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

In your application which contains your explanations regarding the right you wish to exercise; the requested matter must be clear and understandable, the requested subject must be related to your person, or if you are acting on behalf of someone else, you must be specifically authorized and your authorization must be documented, and the application must meet the minimum application requirements set forth in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
In case you convey your requests to us through the specified methods, Figo will conclude the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by Figo.
